By choosing to work with Nicole Yeager Photography, you agree to the terms outlined herein. To secure your date, a signed contract and non refundable retainer are required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. In the event of cancellation, the retainer will be forfeited, and rescheduling will be subject to availability. Wedding galleries are delivered within six to twelve weeks, depending on the season and the scale of your celebration. Nicole Yeager Photography retains copyright ownership of all images, while granting clients personal usage rights. RAW files are not delivered or made available under any circumstances. While every effort is made to ensure an exceptional experience, liability is limited in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Full terms available upon signing or request.
